Stay at this cozy studio centrally located in the amazing community of New Town St. Charles. New Town is a large scale new urbanist community built on the edge of suburbia. You never have to leave New Town with its walkability to restaurants, bars, a market, coffee shops, ice cream, food kiosk, canals, lakes, parks and tree lined streets. If you do leave its only a few miles from historic St. Charles Main street, The Streets of St. Charles, and 25 miles to Downtown St. Louis. Modern decor, the space is designed with our guest in mind offering all essentials for a short or long term stay. If you need any additional space/rooms we have 2 more studio units and a 2 bedroom condo. All of these united are right together and can be booked for your group if available. Studio 1A offers a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Full kitchen with all necessities including a bar table with seating up 6. Large living area with a sectional couch, great WIFI and cable TV. Walk in closet with dresser and plenty of hanging space. A stackable washer and dryer are also in unit. Detergent, some toiletries, coffee, cleaning, and other supplies provided. Our goal is to provide our guest with a 5 star experience providing amenities needed so you can just show up and enjoy your stay. We offer flexible check in and out times if possible, discounts on weekly or monthly stays. This unit can be booked for extended periods of time.
