Smokey Valley Lodge- A beautiful timber frame home just a short drive to downtown Ellicottville or Holiday Valley. From the porch you can see breathtaking views of the gorgeous neighboring valleys and surrounding countryside. In the mornings, notice the "smoke" rising in the valley giving the property its name. Enjoy the large yard, taking a dip in the hot tub, fishing in the stocked pond or relaxing by the fireplace. The space Inside you will find a full kitchen stocked with pots/pans, dinnerware, single cup "Keurig", auto-drip coffeemaker, two crockpots and pantry items. Two large living rooms offer an inviting space to gather with family and friends. Beautiful central wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood in the shed for guest use. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the lower level offering 1 Queen bed with an attached full bath and bedroom television. Loft bedroom 2 is on the Second Floor offering 1 Double & 1 set of Twin bunkbeds. For additional sleeping, you will find a full futon located outside of bedroom 2 on the second floor and a queen sofa bed in the upper living room. Outside patio with hot tub and BBQ grill. *Basic Direct TV package and high speed internet Other things to note Water is supplied by a well. Please note that there is a high iron content in this area. We have a filter so the water is safe to drink and use, however it does have a sulfury smell. We have a Primo water cooler on property to provide you with hot/cold purified water. Both bedrooms require stairs to get to. The lower bedroom is about 4 stairs down from main level. The 2nd floor bedroom requires 5 steps up to 2nd level then another set of 3 steps. When booking, please let us know you will be bringing a pet. Dogs allowed. No cats allowed.
