The apartment has 2 bedrooms, with a queen bed in each one, for 2 people per bed, a maximum capacity of 5 people is given, but the 5th person would pay an extra $400.00 pesos per day of stay and a single gel foam mattress is offered. It is located on the upper floor (YOU HAVE TO GO UP 22 STEPS/PLEASE SEE PHOTOS), NO ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED, nice view, roofed with sun protection meshes, with a large entertainment area. NO ANIMALS The space Everything 100% designed for guests, nothing shared, 100% equipped, IMPORTANT NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED Guest access The top floor of the Plaza houses 2 apartments: Airbnb 1 and Airbnb 2 and shares an entertainment area with a pool table, hockey table, ping pong table, exercise bikes and a rest area with outdoor sun protection mesh Other things to note It is noted that access to the apartments is through a separate entrance but with 21 stairs. You are only entitled to one parking space for a single car PER APARTMENT or reservation and it has a perimeter fence and surveillance camera. IMPORTANT: DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE OR EXIT OF OTHER CARS. Avoid being towed by a tow truck for not following the rules. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PARK IN THE SPECIFIC AREAS SPECIFIC ON THE STREET. PERMANENT VISITS ARE NOT ALLOWED, NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS or Post-Party / NO LOUD MUSIC AND NOTHING AFTER 12:00 MIDNIGHT. There are surveillance cameras at the top of the stairs and another that watches the entire open entertainment area.
