Our home on Beaver Lake is close to restaurants, parks, art and culture (Walton Arts Center, Crystal Bridges, etc.), and you can't get any closer to Beaver Lake! Our place is great for couples and families (with kids). You get the entire bottom apartment to yourselves! (Separate entrance) We can even offer you access to our row boat, Kayaks, paddle boards and fishing poles(Beaver lake is 44 square miles of pristine water with almost 500 miles of scenic shoreline) The space You get the entire bottom apartment which has it's own entrance and walks out to a level grass area only a few steps from the lake. Be assured that we sanitize and disinfect before and after every stay! This bottom level has 3 bedrooms, 1 Bath (tub, sink toilet and towels supplied) a kitchenette which is stocked with dishes, flatware, cooking pots/pans/utensils and Keurig coffee maker. You also have access to your own deck with a gas grille you can use. We have a big grassy area between the house and the lake with a fire pit and swing. We have some water floats which you can use in the lake as well as life jackets, an aluminum rowboat, Kayaks and paddle boards which we can allow use of. Guest access You have free-run of the entire bottom apartment with your own entrance and private deck. We give you an access code of your choice for your private entry. Other things to note We're located on a quiet cove with bluffs and very little boat disruption.....but you are minutes from Horseshoe Bend Marina, Hickory Creek Marina, Prairie Creek Marina and open lake areas.
