The loft is open to the main part of the house and contains 2 queen beds (for a total of 3 queen beds). There is a full bathroom on the main level and a 3/4 bathroom in the loft. A washer and dryer are available in the entryway. The house has air conditioning and heating which is controlled by a smart thermostat. Guests will have access to the entire house. There is a key pad on the front door. Guests will be given an access code unique to their stay. Owners will not be present during your stay. This house is a half mile from the Alderbrook Clubhouse and is 2 miles from the Alderbrook Resort and Spa. This property is located at the 16th green of Alderbrook Golf Course. New in 2023!
