The space This house is 1450 square feet. The main level of the house features an updated kitchen and a large dining/living area. The primary bedroom is on the main floor and contains 1 queen bed. The loft is open to the main part of the house and contains 2 queen beds (for a total of 3 queen beds). There is a full bathroom on the main level and a 3/4 bathroom in the loft. A washer and dryer are available in the entryway. The house has air conditioning and heating which is controlled by a smart thermostat. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. There is a key pad on the front door. Guests will be given an access code unique to their stay. Other things to note A JuiceBox 32amp, Level 2, EV Charger is located in the carport. The EV charger is available to guests. The house is cleaned by a professional house cleaning service prior to your stay. Sheets, pillow cases, towels, and wash cloths are freshly laundered for each guest. All hard surfaces are cleaned and disinfected prior to each stay. A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. This house includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are supplied.
