With easy access to Winter Park/Mary Jane resort, bike trails, Fraser River fishing, as well as WP's restaurants and shops, it's hard to go wrong! The space Built in 2019, my condo should provide all the comforts you need to relax and take in the beautiful Colorado air. The unit was built with an eco-focus, including in-floor radiant heating. With a fully equipped kitchen, complemented with stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher with ample space to spread out on the quartz counter top, you should be set for entertaining and delivering a mountain feast! The living and dining room all have brand-new furniture, including a pull out sofa bed, a gas fireplace, 65-inch mounted tv, and a private balcony with amazing views of the Rockies! Upstairs is the master suite, the second bedroom, a custom built bunk space with two twin beds, second full bath, and private laundry room. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. High speed WiFi and one reserved parking space are included. Note, there is no elevator in the unit so all must be able to climb 2 flights of stairs.
