The space Perched high above the crashing surf, “Casita on the Cliff” offers one of the most breathtaking southern views of the Pacific coast and Descanso Bay. Peaceful, private, and secluded, our home sits in a safe, gated community of friendly retired ex-pats. Perfect for extended stays, we happily welcome long-term guests and their well-behaved doggies! During the warmer months, enjoy a refreshing dip in our small 15'x15'x4' pool on the lower deck. The pool is shared with the owners and/or guests who have rented the main house. We are cognizant of the fact that guests like privacy so if you are in the pool you will not be bothered. We take turns using it if the weather is hot :) Please no dogs in the pool. Guest access The upper ocean front outside areas are private for guests who are staying in the Casita. Lower deck and pool use is dependent upon time of year (usually late June through end of September) and if the main house has been rented for the same days. Pool is shared with the owners, however if guests are using the pool, the owners will not bother you. We take turns on hot days :) Other things to note We welcome long term stays. If you work remotely, we have solitude, peace and quiet with great Wifi. Extra storage is limited but we do have some garage space for small items. You will also have access to the laundry machines.
