This secluded, private "Casita on the Cliff" has a comfy king bed (or two twin beds), an amazing view of the ocean with the water 40 feet below, private entrance, separate patio area, charmingly rustic kitchenette with fridge, micro, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, etc. and private bathroom with shower. This "Casita on the Cliff" can accommodate 3- ask about extra twin bed- and is pet friendly! Sol Villa Baja is set high on a cliff above the water and booming surf. Our home has one of the most spectacular southern views of the Pacific coast and Descanso Bay. We also rent out the main house for groups of 8-10. . We are located in a very quiet and safe/secure gated neighborhood made up of retired ex-pats. During the warm months we have a small 15'x15'x4' pool on the lower deck. Please ask about the pool prior to reserving. Casita and upper ocean front areas. Lower deck and pool use is dependent upon time of year and if the main house has been rented for the same days. This is our home so we are here all year. We're here for guests if they want to socialize, but sensitive to guests who want privacy. Our beautiful and serene gated neighborhood is about 20 minutes south of downtown Rosarito. 30 min. drive to Guadalupe Valley for wine tasting, 5 minutes to Puerto Nuevo, 3 minutes to K38 surf break, 45 minutes to Ensenada, walking distance to some good restaurants-- "Collectivo Surf" a Sushi/Craft Tequila/Beer place, a spa and a couple small markets within walking distance, as well. We are a few kilometers from the famous lobster village of Puerto Nuevo, 25 minutes to wine tasting and restaurants in Guadalupe Valley, 10 minutes to shopping in the Artesanal district of Rosarito, 5 minutes to Baja Studios, 20 minutes to downtown Rosarito for great restaurants, bars and nightlife, 3 minutes from K-38 surf break. Walking distance to a great neighborhood Sushi/fish taco/Craft Beer and Tequila place, a gourmet wood-fired pizza place and a spa. There are taxis and Uber available on the free road as well as small taxi buses which run every 5 minutes, however, we recommend driving your own vehicle down. It's easier to get around to the places you'll want to visit. Our place would be an excellent place to have retreats, weddings, or musical events. We have a baby grand piano. The oceanfront deck is huge and would be an awesome place to get married or do yoga or thai chi, etc. During the summer months we can arrange oceanfront "couples massage" for your relaxing enjoyment.
