This contemporary getaway is minutes from the water and is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and central air. Step outside to your large entertaining deck with good-sized heated pool and ample outdoor furniture for dining or lounging pool side. A beautiful walk to Sammy's beach or a short drive to the Ocean Beaches. First time on the rental market. The property is in the Northwest Woods area of East Hampton, near the bay beach/Sammy's beach. It's in a private community with a number of low key celebrities. You enter through an automated gate, the house is over two floors. In the ground floor there's an open space living room/kitchen with large dining table, sofa and chairs in front of the fireplace and views to the pool and the forrest. The decoration is modern and functional. The property has 3.5 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. On the ground floor there's a bedroom with king-size sofa bed facing the pool - we use this room as a TV-Room/Library but is a fully functional bedroom with king-size bed, its own bathroom and closet. There's also another half bedroom with its own door to the pool area, which can have various uses - we use it as massage room or gym but can be configured to a single bedroom, it has its own half bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Unique features of the house are the large windows bringing the outside in - you can be inside looking out to the beautiful trees and the pool or outside enjoying a very large deck. Other features is the privacy, the house has a good distance from other properties and is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped and the BBQ is top of the range. The TV room has an oversized TV and great quality surround system. We love spending time here. The property is a 10 minute drive to the famous Hamptons beaches e.g. East Hampton Main Beach, Two Mile Hollow, 10 minutes to East Hampton, Amagansset or Sag Harbor and a few minutes walk to the beach by the house. East Hampton, Amagansset and Sag Harbor are the closest towns, all approximately a 10-15 minute drive. The house is located in the town of East Hampton in the stunning NorthWest Woods neighborhood and the private beach community of North Hollow. The unique features of the area are the proximity to the beautiful bay beach, the beautiful forrest and the general peace and tranquillity. A number of celebrities live in the area and are very discrete. To truly enjoy the Hamptons I recommend renting a car. Alternatively, you can arrive by the East Hampton Jitney in East Hampton, or the Ambassador Class or the train in the East Hampton station and get an Uber or local taxi to the house and enjoy the peace and tranquility. The pool is heated, the deck has ample sunshine, furniture for lounging and entertaining and there's also an outdoor shower, which I love. The property is fitted with Sonos wireless sound system and also with Phillips Hue lighting - allowing you to select from hundreds of color combinations for mood lighting in the bedrooms.
