This large Baja Beach bottom rental-Just 5 hours from Tucson) located on Catch 22 Beach or Algodones Beach ~ just a four minute walk..... located in a quiet, gated, secured community that has a community pool and pickle ball and basketball courts... The Sunset Bar and Grill is a 10 minute walk by foot on the Playa.. There is palapa in the large backyard and a King bed in the Master’s, another sleeping area next to the kitchen has a queen and an individual bed... Three night minimum. The space Located in Costa Del Mar, This spacious, Baja Beach bottom rental is 14 years old and is in a quiet community-the guard is 24-7. the beach is not crowded on weekdays and you have it to yourselves in the upcoming weeks and the pricing will be flexible upon request depending on how many people. Just a four-five minute walk from Playa Algodones beach, (Cotton Beach) - sometimes referred to as the Catch 22 beach. This is where the 1970s movie was filmed. The surrounding terrain is excellent for birding, hiking, seeing raccoon, mule deer, javelinas, ring tail cats and wild horses.... Conde Nast Magazine listed S.C. as a number one destination for scenery and wildlife. Sonora is less expensive and less crowded than Cabo and Puerto Vallarta. We have connections for sunset cruises, scuba diving, hiking adventures and Asian cooking classes. These months guests will enjoy a special welcoming plate of seasonal fruits, sweet local made pastry, and Mexican ground coffee. Guest access The front entrance to the bottom rental is private along with a two private out-door entrances, one being on the side of the house near the outdoor rinsing area and the other exiting to and from the garden A nice breeze comes through this back entrance and cools this area. You can access the "huge" Jack and Jill bath room from this area. This elegant bottom level rental is a stone's throw from the beach Guests can enjoy the large living/dining room area that has a large recliner sofa for afternoon book readers or TV - lovers A separate sleeping area with a Queen and a single bed looks out of the back entrance to the garden. This private garden can be used for outdoor BBQ and has a Palapa (grass hut) and five chairs... A large master bedroom has two large windows facing the modest private garden. The full kitchen area includes a coffeemaker, great MX coffee, filters, coffee bean/spices grinder and all amenities including blenders, toaster oven, crockpot, and baking essentials, too. Other things to note There is a large water cistern underground at the house. City water also flows intermittently into the neighborhood, sometimes slow. We will supply drinking water, bath and bathroom essentials. The rental has a limit of four people. Inform us if there is an infant or a toddler ... The rental has no stairs so it is ok to use a wheel-chair.
