Towards the back of the neighborhood you will find a path that leads down to the Blanco River. You have access to a larger soccer / recreational field. The neighborhood also includes a gazebo. Locals enjoy being able to reach any San Marcos destination within 10 minutes. This neighborhood is nestled between San Marcos and Blanco Rivers. The neighborhood is just a few minutes from IH-35, HWY 80 and 21. Tube rental outfitters are about 5 minutes away, downtown 7 minutes away, and the outlet malls 10 minutes away.
