Guest access Besides your own private condo, you'll have access to 2 pools, a BBQ picnic area, lobby, elevators, parking, on site clothes washing machines and dryers. The beach and 61st St Pier and directly across Seawall Blvd Other things to note After you book you'll receive the unit number, parking info, WiFi code, Electronic door access code, and other information that you'll need. Please keep track of this information in order to be able to provide it to the folks in the lobby when you're getting your parking pass from them and to access the unit. This is a privately owned unit and the folks in the lobby won't have access to this information, so you'll want to keep it handy on your phone or a printout. The complex charges $40 parking for your stay which is good for up to 2 cars. We don't control the parking fee. This is all under control of the complex. Registration Details GVR-02774
