Located on a quiet, family-oriented street on the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach, this five-bedroom, 4-bathroom, home has 3 levels that comfortably accommodate 14 people. The lower level of this home has a bonus living room outfitted with a 75” flat screen smart TV that includes Disney+ and sound bar; a great gathering space for family movie night or Sunday football. Just off the living area is a covered porch that faces the sound and is a great place to relax while taking in the salt air. Down the hall you will find the first 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and laundry area. The spacious upper level of this home is outfitted with hardwood floors and features an open concept living, dining, kitchen with convenient access to the third-floor deck which is perfect for outdoor lounging or dining! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile back splash that seamlessly flow into the living space making this home wonderfully equipped for family gatherings. This level also contains the master bedroom with a private bath and another guest bedroom with full bath. Just off the kitchen you will find another staircase that leads up to an enclosed crow’s nest that provides magnificent 360 views of the sound, ocean, and south end of the island. This is the ideal spot for relaxing after a day at the beach, family board games, and watching breathtaking sunsets! The entryway gives access to the outdoor shower, fenced in back yard, and has a garage for extra parking, bikes, charcoal grill, and is great for storing all your beach gear. Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W236 – Beach Living” as a vacation rental. We utilize Airbnb, email, and phone calls to communicate. If you have an emergent issue, you must call us directly, if you call after hours, follow the prompt for afterhours emergency. Airbnb platform is only monitored during business hours. After you book and provide your email address, we will send a contract for you to confirm your booking. We will also send you an email shortly after receiving your contact information detailing information on the contract, travel insurance, and pre-arrival and check-in. This email will also provide a link to our last-minute reminders page to review before your stay. A few days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a detailed check-in email with the specific check-in instructions for the property reserved. We are a professional property manager working directly with AirBnB. As a professional property manager in North Carolina, we require a contract on file (per NC Law) that you will be e-mailed after booking and a copy is below. The contract can be viewed in the house rules on each listing. After booking, we will need your email address to send you the contract that must be signed and completed within 72 hours of booking. We also request a credit card authorization form to be completed - but this is only required if you order items not included (beach equipment, extra linens, etc.) We ask that you do provide the last 4 of a valid card, so that if you need to use it, we are authorized, but please realize we cannot charge your card with only the 4 digits and Airbnb won’t provide this info. We will also accept payment for extra services on Airbnb platform, but it might increase the cost. Please note the contract we send you will have numbers that won't match what you see on AirBnB (ours will be less). This is because Airbnb adds a fee and collects and remits taxes on your behalf. We do not see these numbers and thus do not reflect them on the contract. As such, our bill will have rent and housekeeping/ booking fees only. Please note the deposit policy on the contract will be credited by AirBnB directly in full if you do not add on any additional rental items. Last but not least - we are very strict on occupancy. We rent to family and adult groups, no parties whatsoever. If anyone in your group is under the age of 30 and unrelated, you will be canceled for violating our house rules at your cost. Young families, with the adults over the age of 25 are acceptable. If you do not contact us in advance to ensure your occupancy meets our requirements, we reserve the right to cancel at your cost. All properties and all stays come with linens unless stated otherwise in the property description. Additionally, due to owner and/or guest allergies and in accordance with Airbnb's policy, we are unable to offer pre-approval to guest with therapy animals due to health concerns and/or financial undue hardship associated with the accommodation. We may be able to make exceptions in some case and/or provide alternative properties that may meet your needs better. If you require an accommodation for an assistance animal, please contact us directly to see arrangements we can make to fill your request.
