New static caravan with stunning sea views located at award winning Ladram Bay Holiday Park. The park has it's own private beach, indoor pool and much more to offer. Our caravan sleeps up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms (x1 kingsize and x1 twin) and has a sofa-bed in the lounge. Shower room & en-suite toilet. Outdoor area with large wrap around deck, patio and lawn. The space Open plan lounge with large sofa, smart TV and built in double sofa bed. French doors opening out to the sea view and deck area with seating. Equipped kitchen with gas hob, grill and oven, microwave & fridge freezer. Kingsize bed in main bedroom with large wardrobe and dressing table area. This room also has a separate toilet and sink. Second bedroom has two single beds and a smaller wardrobe. Shower room with large shower, sink and toilet. Central heating and fire in living area. Washing machine and clothes line provided. All bedding and towels are provided. Please do not take towels away from the caravan - not to be used at the beach or swimming pool. Outdoor area is equipped with tables and chairs. Guest access Self check in - using lock box. Please note that there are steps to access the garden from the parking space (x5) and also steps to access the caravan from the garden (x3). One parking space outside caravan, additional parking in car park. The garden is secure (we provide locks for the gates) but please do not leave children unsupervised at any time due to the nature of the plot being slopped. Other things to note No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Access to the facilities is included but some are chargeable directly with the park (swimming pool, climbing wall and miniature golf, plus exercise classes) please refer to the Ladram Bay website for more details.
