Robeanne House is friendly country style accommodation with views of the Wolds on our first floor accommodation surrounded by farmland. Conveniently located for York (20 miles), walking the Wolds, Historical houses, nature reserves (5 miles) and the East Coast (27 miles). Our accommodation is bright and airy designed for self-catering with great food outlets within a 10 minute drive radius . We have a guest charcoal BBQ, on site dog exercise area and we welcome dogs. The space A comfortable spacious open plan loft apartment on the first-floor King bed and en-suite shower. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, halogen hob & oven, kitchenware and dining table. Complimentary tea & coffee is provided with fresh milk, biscuits & breakfast cereals. We provide good quality bedding and fluffy towels; quality products in the bathroom and central heating throughout. There is a private off-road parking on site, free WIFI and a countryside view in the shared guest garden with seating & BBQ facilities. The room has a view looking out over the garden and paddocks. This is a dog friendly room and dog play paddock on site. There is an additional charge for dogs going into the room. Guest access This room located up stairs on the first floor. Option for guests to use our shared furnished guest garden, charcoal BBQ & dog exercise paddock. Other things to note We try to be sustainable and help the environment by using solar panels, ground source heating & air drying laundry. We do have beehives in the field the rear of the property, so you may see them busy at work in the gardens.
