Our furnished newly constructed apartments are just a few steps to the beach on the Sea of Cortez. This one-bedroom apartment has ample living space, a functional kitchen, a built-in bar, and lots of amenities. A quiet neighborhood with beautiful beach houses makes the walk along the beach safe and secure, just a short distance from palapas and the Malecon. This is a furnished one-bedroom apt on the 2nd floor of our apartment building, "Posada Espiritu Del Mar." Hi-Speed Wi-Fi, ample living room, functional kitchen, King Size bed, large closet area, modern bathroom with high water pressure and instant hot water, and an ocean view from the bedroom window. Posada Espiritu Del Mar has six apartments available for rent, an ideal setup for large groups who wish to lodge together, and who may need more than one apartment and multiple beds. We have a large shared backyard, which includes a heated swimming pool, lots of shade in the summer, gym equipment, a commercial kitchen (with its own dining area), and a gas barbecue. We also have a large deck on the third floor, with a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez (where guests can hang their laundry out to dry). We welcome our guests to come up to the 3rd Floor Terrace and enjoy the sea view; or hang out by the pool, to bask in the sun or shade. Occasionally, the co-host (Steve) plays classical guitar, for the entertainment and relaxation of our guests. Musicians are invited to bring their musical instruments for a jam session. Steve also likes to serve complimentary espresso and pastries in the morning to our guests. Our apartments are not only family friendly, we are also pet friendly. So bring your whole family and your beloved pet! Your entire furnished apartment is available for your private use. The third floor terrace, and the backyard, including the heated swimming pool, gym equipment, barbecue, as well as the garden areas, are for the shared use of our guests. Guests are welcome to come to the third floor terrace and enjoy the ocean view, or sit by the pool, or in one of the garden areas and just relax outdoors. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy! We love to meet our guests and to make new friends. We are just a few steps from the beach. From our place, guests can walk or ride bikes all around Loreto (which is a pretty small town). Walking or riding bikes is generally a good way to get around. And if you discover that you need a car, you can find several car rental franchises near the plaza.
