Cozy and comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom, two full bathroom cottage in the heart of Door County, on 1.5 semi-wooded acres just minutes from downtown Sister Bay. The space Cozy and comfortable cottage located on 1.5 acres only 1.8 miles from downtown Sister Bay. Truly, the pictures just don’t do this spot justice. This great cottage features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, terrific modern kitchen with basically every appliance you could need or desire, large propane gas grill and wrap around deck with dining table and chairs for relaxing. There is a second deck with dining table and seating off the master bedroom. The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished and supplied with everything from dishware to cookware to linens and towels to much, much more. The huge fire pit and seating provides a lovely spot to enjoy any mild evening. Cottage is located on a street just off Highway 57 with lots of privacy and woods all around the property. Sister Bay is ten minutes from Fish Creek, Ephraim, Ellison Bay and Baileys Harbor – so this cottage puts you right in the middle of everything that northern Door County has to offer for fun, relaxation and adventure. First floor consists of great room with dining area with seating, flame view propane stove, lovely and efficient kitchen, and cozy living room with vaulted ceiling. There is also a first floor laundry area with front loading washer and dryer with storage, main bedroom with queen sized bed, large screen TV, roomy storage and full bathroom. Master has private deck with table and seating from private door. Carpeted stairs lead from the first floor great room to the media loft area with large screen TV, second bedroom with queen sized bed, TV and second full en suite bathroom. We use Mosquito Squad to provide pet and people friendly treatment to keep mosquitos and ticks at a minimum. Cottage has central heating and air conditioning – so it is the perfect spot in any weather. WIFI/internet are provided in case you have time to settle in for a bit! We provide Dish TV Network programming. Guest access The entire property is available for you -- 1.5 acres with plenty of room to spread and enjoy Door County peace and quiet. Other things to note There is a one car attached garage -- with remote control -- for your private use. Also, winter likes to linger in this part of Wisconsin. We plan to have all firepit and outdoor eating/grilling amenities out and available to you after April 30. Of course, if Mother Nature is in a good mood -- we would be happy to consider moving them sooner! Same goes with fall/winter. Usually by November we are set for a cold/snowy winter and have those pieces put away into our storage shed.
