The space Paddle boards, bicycles, and kayaks are available for no charge, this waterfront setting offers a great place to sit, relax or fish. Lots of shade as well as a great place to catch some private sun time if you like. Plenty of space for additional guests & a day bed with a trundle (plus blow up bed available if needed). When using the kayak a life vest must be worn. PS: We have an on site beverage vending machine for guests convenience. Guest access You have full run of the "Bungalow", with private entrance & covered deck over looking the water. A full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We have the starts with a pantry for spices and condiments to assist in the forgotten ingredients for the self cooked meals. Our community laundry room is convenient for our guests and available 24-7 for free. Vending machines on property as well. NEW for 2020 is our Hideaway Greenhouse. Guests can sit, relax and sip a beverage inside this beautiful charming space all with a tropical water view!!! photos coming soon. Other things to note The bungalow is large and spacious so if we do get rained-out you have plenty of room to hang out. The rain showers pass quickly and are simply part of living in the sub-tropics. Because there are oyster beds in the bay please use water shoes for your safety. These are provided free to our guests for your convenience. If we don't have your size, please let me know. When Kayaking always wear a life vest. We provide those as well for free; simply ask and we will show you our selection...
