Rosarito Beach ON THE SAND. Sleeps 30!

This 5,000 sq ft. house offers incredible views of the ocean just steps outside. You can hear the waves crashing and feel the ocean breeze come through the house. Great place to get away and relax or enjoy all the activities Rosarito has to offer. Ideal for large group getaways, bachelor & bachelorette's, family reunions, and intimate weddings or events where everyone wants to stay together in one location and have plenty of space and common areas to gather in. The space The villa is a 5000 sq ft, three story, 4 bedroom/4 bath house. There is also an attached but separate 500 sq ft. studio guest house, where I often stay, that can be added to the booking for an additional fee of $250/night if additional space is needed. We would just need at least a week’s notice to prepare. Guest access Guests would be able to access to the whole house, except for the Studio guest house. That entails 4 full bedrooms and baths. The 1st floor bedroom includes 2 queen beds and 4 single fold-out sofa beds. The 2nd floor bedroom includes 2 queen beds and 4 single fold-out sofa bed. The 3rd floor bedroom includes 3 full size double beds and a King size bed. The 4th Bedroom includes 2 queen beds and 2 queen sofa beds and a full size futon. The house includes enough bed space to sleep up to 30 people. There is gated parking for up to 4 cars depending on the size, along with plenty of extra parking on our private gated street. The guest studio can also be rented at an additional cost of $250/night if we are not on the premises during your stay. There is room for up to 8 more. It is a great option in the event that your group would like to spread out a bit more or would like to add additional guests to your reservation. It includes two queen beds, a queen sofa bed, 2 fold out single sofa beds, a full bathroom, dining area and kitchenette. We require at least a week's notice to add additional guest studio to the reservation.
