Welcome to our home. With over 2100 sq ft, 4BD&2.5Bth, 2 large outdoor spaces, it's the perfect spot for families or groups. Full kitchen, 4K TV, outdoor patio w/ Weber grill. Relax on the rooftop deck with an amazing skyline view. Lower level has 2 queen beds and a half bath. The second level has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a hallway full bath. The top level bedroom has a king bed and a double bed. Hallway full bath. Contract terms are disclosed in "The Space" section. The space Beautiful 4 bedroom house which comfortable sleeps 10. 1 king bed, 4 queen beds and 1 double bed are available. Please note that the double bed is in the master bedroom closet and is ideal for children. The house is very spacious with almost 2,200 square feet. Plenty of outdoor space. Grill and eat on the backyard porch or head up to the roof top deck and enjoy some of the best city skyline views available. Rooftop deck and back patio are not accessible from 12:00am-6:00am. Enjoy a night in with plenty of sitting room in the living room and kitchen which features all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Washer and dryer are also available in the basement. To protect the heating/cooling equipment, heating temperatures are in the range of 60-73 degrees F and cooling temperatures are in the range of 69-80 degrees F. An initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper and water is provided. Additional guest fees apply after 8 guests as seen in pricing when booked. Rental Contract Terms include:RENTAL RULES AGREEMENT Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premise, including inside the house, rooftop deck, or back patio area. A minimum $500 cleaning fee is imposed for violation of this policy for professional ozone cleaning. The number of guests listed as the guest party is the maximum number of guests permitted in the house at any time, regardless of amount of time guests spend in the house. Unauthorized extra guests will be charged at a rate of $75/guest per night for the entire stay, regardless of the amount of time spent in the house. This fee will be taken out of the security deposit, through the resolution center or through the courts. Eviction, with no refund, may still occur for the violation of extra guests in addition to the extra guest penalty. The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while in the house or on the property. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. External security cameras and doorbells monitor and record the entrances to the home. Guests acknowledge and consent to these security measures. Security cameras and doorbells can not be disabled, unplugged, intentionally blocked or tampered with. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order Only use appliances for their intended uses A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets, including excessive cleaning. Pets must be disclosed and included with the booking. Unauthorized pets occur a $225 per pet fee. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check in is at 3:00pm of the first day of the rental period and check out is at 10:00am on the last day of your rental period. Early check in or late check out may be available at a rate of $25/hour. All early check in or late check out must be approved before the start of the reservation. Unauthorized early check in or late check out will be charged at a rate of $50/hour, rounded to the next hour. This charge will be taken out of the security damage deposit, resolution center or through the courts. Service animals must be under the control of guests at all times and are not permitted to be left alone in the property for any period of time. Government ID (current (non-expired) driver’s license if a US resident or passport if international resident) must be provided for check in information to be provided. Keys or door code will not be provided without proper ID verification. First and last name on the government ID must match exactly with the first and last name on the Airbnb reservation. Violation of ANY Rental Rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Guests acknowledge that the full payment is still due for a reservation even in the case of an eviction. Guest access The entire house is available. Other things to note Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking. No parties are permitted in the house. This includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house. Rooftop deck and back patio are not accessible from 12:00am-6:00am.
