A spacious, well appointed three level Brownstone home suitable for a group, a family or couples. Built in 1900, but possesses modern amenities and trendy décor. The space Extremely Spacious! Fully equipped for congregating or waiting for everyone to head out and tour the city. The dining area is located at the front of the home so you can enjoy the beautiful street view of Bolton Street. Great space to enjoy board games, eat and play cards. Gather around as a group/family and enjoy the 65" TV in Family Room that has cable.  A smart speaker is also provided in the living room that can handle many functions of your smartphone using only your voice. The Mini packs the brainpower of the famous search engine in combination with other information about you to provide useful answers and actions to voice commands. There are hardwood floors and recessed lighting throughout the first floor. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with free coffee and light condiments. For those who enjoy wine, we do have a wine rack ready to hold your spirits. House includes full-service kitchen (Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, double oven/gas range, dishwasher) and private backyard with two grills on site. Plenty of counter space and two additional seats are available for younger guests. Fully stocked with all utensils, kid-safe dishes, and baking items. Once you enter the second level of our home, be prepared to be amazed. Every bedroom on the second floor has a remote controllable ceiling fan, queen size beds, 50" TV’s, and trundle beds for our younger guests. There are two full bathrooms on this floor, one includes a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a wall unit fireplace for a cozy feel in the winter. The entire home is yours to luxuriate in, to include the laundry room. There is a full-size front-loading energy-efficient washer and dryer available for your use on the second floor. Ample towels and linen are provided throughout the second and third floors. Pristine sheets and plenty of extra blankets are in each closet of our bedrooms. If it's privacy you seek, retreat to our 3rd floor where there is a 50" TV. There is one full bathroom on this level. The master bedroom on this floor has a King size sleep number bed with amazing natural lighting and street views. The second bedroom on this floor has its own separate air conditioning unit. Both rooms have large closet space so feel free to hang your personal items or store your luggage. All of our bedrooms are spread apart, creating a lot of privacy with high ceilings custom made to feel even more spacious. The beds have top of the line mattresses with all new bedding.  On each level, the closets have irons, ironing boards, fans, extra pillows, and pack and plays for infants and toddlers. We literally thought of everything for a traveling family. There are dressers and nightstands in all of the rooms.TV's in all bedrooms that are accessible via the internet along with the mini smart speakers for individual entertainment. Wifi is available throughout the entire home so feel free to bring your laptop or tablets. Guest access Street parking is available in front of the property. The front door is secure keyless entry for your convenience. For any additional vehicles, convenient street parking is available in addition to one convenient designated parking space is located behind the home. Within walking distance of Druid Hill Park and the zoo. Restaurants, entertainment, and shopping surround the immediate area..Oriole Park at Camden Yards, M&T Bank Stadium, the Baltimore Convention Center, Royal Farms Arena, and the Inner Harbor are all within ten minutes of the home. Other things to note If you need an earlier check-in or a later check out, feel free to ask. If the schedule allows, we have no problem accommodating you.As we welcome family activities outside grills are accessible. No smoking inside the house please. A $300 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. Basement access is currently not available.
