Guest access You have the whole townhouse to yourself. This is a 1600 square foot townhome with plenty of space for multiple groups. There is an outdoor heated pool and indoor hot tub ~50 yards from front door. Walking paths outside front door; Keystone Lake a 12 min walk. Dillon is 6 miles away; Silverthorne is 7 miles, Frisco 12 miles, Breck 18 miles, Vail is 29 miles away. Other things to note Three-level townhome offers room for everyone to have their own space! Ground level includes bedroom that sleeps three, with TV, loveseat and games and books for kids. Living/dining/kitchen/half bath on second level; two bedrooms w/en suite bathrooms on third floor. All new flooring in entire home Nov 2022; new bedding on all beds. Kitchen has been updated Nov 2022 with new counters, new sink, new dishwasher. We take pride in our home and want our guests to be comfortable and happy! :-) This is our private home we user half the year for ourselves. We expect you to care for it as if it were your own home. This is not a hotel and is not managed by a management company; we take care of all bookings and questions from guests. We do not refund for any weather-related issues.
