Whether you are a snow bird wanting to get away from the harsh winter, or are a "River Person" our home has you covered. The home is right on the river with a dock to park your boat and two jet skis. Private launch with passes included let's you get on and out of the water fast. Winter fun includes riding All Terrain vehicles right out of the park; you can explore ghost towns, old mines, and even get to the "Desert Bar" directly from our home using off road paths. The space The home, situated on the Colorado River, is fully updated, with very comfortable beds and linens. Everything you might need, ice chests, floats, out door chairs, are available for your use. Our no pet policy makes this home especially attractive to guests sensitive to pet dander. Guest access Only storage shed is unavailable. All guests and visitors must sign release. Other things to note The property is not equipped to handle EV charging.
