Large bright PRIVATE basement apartment on a quiet side street with separate entrance and walkout to the large back yard/garden, BBQ and patio. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Large Private bathroom. Queen bed, bedding, towels and hairdryer provided. TV has an Amazon fire stick. Android Buzz box WIFI. FREE Parking. In shared driveway. 2 mins to public transit, restaurants and grocery store. Fast food. Medical clinic Approximately 20 mins to downtown Toronto. The space Come and go as you please in this bright private apartment, with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with new appliances. The space has one cozy Queen size bed with side tables. There are two comfy chairs with foot stools for putting your feet up when watching TV. Table and two chairs for dining or working on your laptop. The kitchen has everything you need. Pots and pans. Plates cups glasses etc. Microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Tea coffee and sugar provided. You will find, dish soap, hand soap, body soap. Bath towels and hairdryer. Bathroom tissue and paper towel for the kitchen. A great space for a solo traveler, or for a person on a business trip. Air conditioning/heating. Free Parking and WIFI. The patio and back yard are shared spaces. This is just one reason I cannot except service animals or any animals. Dogs, cats, rabbits. My daughter is highly allergic. Guest access Private Entrance with code lock. The basement apartment is all yours. You are welcome to sit on the garden patio, and use the BBQ. Or relax in the beautiful peaceful back garden on the covered patio. See photos. Laundry is available to guests after they have been here for 2 weeks. During your stay I am available 24 hours, however the only time I interact with guests is when they ask questions, want direction or have concerns. I would gladly recommend sights to see and tourist attractions upon request. Help with navigating the transit system and the cheapest way to get around our vibrant city. I'm Friendly and professional . Other things to note I do not accept bookings from guests who are from Toronto GTA and surrounding areas. I do not accept service animals due to my daughter's allergies and for the safety of the animal. I live upstairs on the main level. So you may hear me walking around sometimes. ( I'm very quiet) There are 6 steps leading to the apartment. I have 2 hypoallergenic cats that go outside. So you may see them in my driveway or on the front porch. They are friendly but will probably run away if they see you. If you are driving. You will be sharing my driveway with me. We may need to switch cars around on occasion. There is an empty can at the end of the driveway for cigarette smokers to smoke and put their butts in. Quiet times 11pm to 7am. No cooking on the stove please after 10pm. No candles or Vaping at any time. Absolutely, no smoking weed on my property. Go to the sidewalk. Garbage rules are posted and bags are provided. Garbage bylaws are in effect.
