The House is a 3 bedroom re-stored farmhouse built in 1911 on an acre of land in Delta, Ontario. We're located on a serene waterway leading into Lower Beverley Lake. Perfect for families, couples and friends, we’re close to beaches and family-friendly activities. If you love boating, canoeing, fishing, you’ll love our farmhouse because of the location, the history, the ambiance, the outdoors space and the views. A perfect place to relax, enjoy the outdoors and visit local attractions. The space Our farmhouse is built on one acre of land that is directly located next to the famous Delta Agricultural Fair, that has run every year since 1830. As well, directly across the creek from our property is a large campground. You can enjoy sitting by the fire pit at night and feel that you are with the campers, but can enjoy being in a private space. The property also offers a comfortable wrap around porch that you can enjoy to sip your coffee in the morning and relax , read a great book or simply enjoy nature. Guest access For those guests who have a boat, you can launch your boat for a small fee within minutes away from the house. Subsequently you can dock your boat at our backyard docks on Delta Creek. This will allow you to enjoy Lower Beverley Lake.
