Exterior stairs connect the two levels. PARKING: We offer free street parking in front of the house. There is no parking on the property. QUIET HOURS: We have a strict quiet hours policy after 10pm. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood and we want to be good neighbors. GROUP GATHERINGS: Group gatherings over 5 people require approval from host. Absolutely no parties, events, or amplified outdoor sound anytime. Families are welcome.
