The 3 bedroom rental includes the 3 bedroom, 2 bath, upstairs portion of the house. When rented as a 4 bedroom, the one bedroom apartment downstairs is also included. Villa specifics: This beautifully decorated villa is just one row back from the well-known surfing beach. It comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen appliances & cookware. The kitchen is decorated in a local Mexican style and of course, contains the obligatory blender for margaritas. In addition, there is a fireplace, 3 TV's with VCR, DVD, and cable TV. The living room TV is a new flatscreen smart HD TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and gorgeous ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third upstairs bedroom has a double bed and 3 twin beds. All are equipped with linens and towels. The downstairs of the house contain a one bedroom apartment with a queen bed, pull out couch, kitchen and bath. The unit also has high speed wireless internet, a gas barbeque and patio furniture.
