Large lot with barn, hundred year old pecan tree and backyard to Frederick creek. Full kitchen, queen bed, washer / dryer and storage. Located just two short blocks from the Boerne Main Street Plaza. (Hauptstrasse) The space The Coop has been entirely remodeled from inside out. New bathroom and kitchen, bedrooms, new heating / AC, new electrical and lighting. The open space included kitchen and sitting area with streaming TV and High Speed Internet. The outside has two decks - the backyard is perfect for the mornings with view of the creek and afternoons are best on the front porch / deck visiting with fun and eclectic neighborhood. Guest access You will have access to the entire property including house, decks, backyard. Other things to note PLEASE, No Pet and No smoking on entire property. No parties or events are permitted at this house. We simply ask that you treat this house as you would your own. We have invested much time and expense in making this a nice place for our guests and would simply ask for your respectful consideration.
