Description

The bedroom we offer to stay has its own private bathroom (i.e. it's not shared, it's just for you) as well as your own microwave oven and a mini fridge..all inside. Visitors of any kind are not allowed inside the room for more than 5 minutes unless they have also booked. This (bedroom) is located (that is, it is shared) inside the House where we ourselves live there... very clean and comfortable. The space Our house is a single floor and is located in a Private Subdivision (Waterfill Subdivision) practically a few steps from the Zaragoza International Bridge, which is a 100 percent safe area of Ciudad Juarez. IMPORTANT NOTE!!! 1. Our development has 2 entrances for cars: one is to exit (Callle TEXAS) and unfortunately it is the one that the GPS shows as the only entrance. And the other is the CORRECT ENTRANCE, which is where the "Del Rio" convenience store is (Calle M. Quiñones). Photo #15 2. The street name of our House is shown on Google Maps as “Arkansas”, we don't know why... but the name shown on the street signs is “Vermont”. That's why once inside the development you have to physically look for the address "Vermont #1683". 3. In general, these two details are not too complicated and if you have any problems, please contact me so that you don't struggle and give me a bad review. Guest access IMPORTANT NOTE!!! 1. Other things to note Please leave your room and bathroom clean on the day of your departure, just as you found them upon arrival (the bed does not matter if it is left unattended). All cleaning supplies are in the bathroom.
