Most major attractions are within a 5–10 minute walk, including the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, waterfront and harbourfront, Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena, and the Hockey Hall of Fame. For everyday convenience, there is even an underground supermarket connected to the building. Many restaurants and entertainment venues are close by. There are surveillance cameras in the public hallways right outside the condo (no recording devices inside your unit). There is decibel alarm equipment (noise-aware, can only be triggered by large-scale parties). Social gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited within the condo. Should such an event occur, it will be detected. In that case, we will call the police, remove you from the condo immediately, and pursue legal action against you for any breach of contract, disturbance, or damages. Your entire booking fee and security deposit will be forfeited in case of such a violation. This condo is only to be used for lodging purposes.
