A short flight of stairs down leads you into the first-floor living room. Outfitted with comfortable chairs and a flat-screen television, this ground-level space serves as a wonderful area to gather, relax, and unwind after a busy day exploring town or playing on the beach. The second floor hosts a spacious second living room featuring a large sectional couch and a central coffee table. Positioned right across from the kitchen, this upper living area is always a great place to chill out, chat, and enjoy a movie. The gourmet kitchen is fully accessorized with high-quality pots, pans, silverware, cutlery, and essential cookware. Grabbing a few cold drinks or preparing a family feast couldn't be easier thanks to premium amenities, including a high-end General Electric side-by-side stainless steel refrigerator. Bedrooms and Private Accommodations With three generously sized bedrooms split across both levels, this home guarantees maximum comfort and privacy for your entire family or group. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessed directly off the lower living room. Both bedroom one and bedroom two are beautifully appointed with a comfortable Queen-size bed. Each bedroom features an individual exterior door that opens up directly to a spacious outdoor wraparound patio, allowing you to easily step outside and enjoy the coastal air. Completing the first-floor layout is a full guest bathroom featuring a convenient shower-tub combo and his-and-her double sinks. The grand master bedroom suite is located on the second floor, positioned to overlook the refreshing resort swimming pool. Designed for ultimate luxury living, this master sanctuary includes a generous walk-in closet and its own private en-suite master bathroom equipped with an independent soaking bathtub, a separate walk-in shower, and his-and-her double sinks. Important Resort Pass and Property Rules El Dorado Ranch strictly regulates entry and community facility access. Please review these registration, vehicle, and deposit parameters carefully prior to your arrival. The maximum allowable occupancy for this villa is strictly set at 8 guests total. This limit is rigorously monitored and enforced by resort management. This rental property comes with a maximum of 6 adult swimming pool passes only. Children aged 12 and under do not require a pass to enter the facility gates. Please note that if a group of 8 adults registers to stay, exactly 6 adults will be permitted inside the pool enclosures at any given time due to strict resort safety caps. Resort passes are issued directly to guests by the resort administration office, which operates daily until 4:30 PM. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, you will still be able to seamlessly access your rental home, but you will not be able to access the pool facilities on your arrival evening. Passes can simply be picked up from the resort office the following morning. Our standard check-in window runs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Because our registration reception closes promptly at 8:00 PM, arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a strict 25 dollar extra fee to accommodate after-hours staffing and key coordination with a reservationist who will work with you after hours. Due to strict community fire danger regulations, the resort does not permit the use of standalone charcoal or gas barbecue grills directly at the condo units or on individual balconies. To accommodate outdoor cooking, a dedicated community grilling station featuring built-in public barbecues has been set up away from the condos, located about a scenic 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the professional barbecue services offered on-site at the resort's Pavilion restaurant. Off-road vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes, are strictly no longer permitted to drive on the residential streets within the La Ventana del Mar section of the community. A strict exception is made only for registered race participants. If you plan to bring off-road vehicles for recreational trail riding, please consider renting a vacation home on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch where ATVs are fully welcomed. A strict 100 dollar security deposit is required upon arrival. Please note that this deposit is not included in your baseline rental amount and must be processed on a credit or debit card at check-in. Upon your departure, this entire amount will be fully refunded back to your card, provided there is no damage to the property and no missing inventory items. Monthly Rentals Long-term monthly rental discounts are available for extended seasonal stays.
