Upstairs a large attic bedroom with a 140 cm bed plus a 120 cm futon, A desk area. A beautiful 200 m2 wooded and flowered garden with terrace. In the countryside but not isolated. The entrance is shared with 2 houses, then you will have a private parking space and a private garden. It is between the sea and the countryside, 2 km from Houlgate beach or Villers sur mer. 7 km from Deauville, 7 km from Cabourg. Bed and bath linens are included and the beds are made. A supermarket is accessible 500 m from the house allowing you to do some shopping. For bigger shopping, you will go to Houlgate or Villers sur mer, which are at equal distances.
