The Seasonal Creek, the Meadow, the birds and the wildlife are encouraged with our Native and drought-tolerant plantings so we often have javelina, raccoons, skunks! It keeps us busy! If you need a 2 bedroom we have a Gorgeous 2 Bedroom Casita or a 2 Bdrm Cottage available if this is booked! All are private, have their own driveways, patios, porches, grills and yards! Dave and I are both in Housing: Construction and Sales. With both of us self-employed in the housing industry we lost about everything (except each other!) in the housing crash. After business losses and personal losses we moved to Prescott, nearly on a whim! We rented from another couple we just met who believed in us and loaned us the down payment for this parcel of land. We started thinking about the possibilities of such a cute property and did a little work on the Log Cabin but tried to keep it mostly intact, even with its funky fixes by other owners and tenants.
