My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). The space My villa is large of three levels living on the upper level and I receive guests on intermediate level where this Villa sailboat for 1 or 4 people , (bedroom with bathroom , closet and kitchen area, dining room and living room with 2 sofa beds)does not overlook the sea. And it is independent. It has the view to the bay of Ensenada in the patio area with its gardening table with 4 chairs and umbrella, 2 beds with cushions ,grill. It is a private residential area with security cabin. Other things to note Enjoy your stay in the villa, respecting the spaces of the other villas, take care of all the properties of the property , leave clean everything related to kitchen utensils,tableware, grill ,glassware, if used, take care of duvets and electric cooking appliances, microwave, toaster oven , iron and TV, hair dryer,any damage due to misuse will be charged,no electronic appliances and property are allowed to be taken off the property. I do not accept pets due to allergies to my guests, I do not use weapons , drugs, fireworks, parties , loud music for peace of mind of guests and neighbors.
