Fully stocked kitchen. $130 housekeeping fee in cash to be left at condo on check out day, NOT paid to Airbnb. Boat slips available for $20/night. 2 pools (one heated) in the condo complex. No pets and no smoking. Winter longer term rentals are available. Guest access Access with a coded door lock.
