Welcome to Salt Life Station: 9th Ave — a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhouse one block from the sand in Jacksonville Beach. You can see the beach access from the front door. Sleeps 7, parks 4 cars in the driveway, and puts you steps from some of the best food and nightlife on the First Coast. Perfect for groups and families who want to actually be at the beach, not near it. The space The layout works well for groups. On the ground floor, Bedroom 3 has a twin bed, its own private bathroom, and a door to the backyard — great for early risers or kids who want their own space. Up on the third floor, the master suite has two queen beds, an attached shower/tub combo bath, and ocean views. Bedroom 2 is also on the third floor with a queen bed and private en suite shower. Every bedroom has its own bathroom — no sharing, no waiting. The half bath is on a shared floor for daytime use. All beds are memory foam mattresses. The balcony is your morning coffee spot and your post-beach happy hour. The fully stocked kitchen handles group meals — Keurig, Nutri-bullet, full cookware, pantry staples including salt, pepper, and olive oil. Note: the grill uses propane and the tank is not stocked — if it's empty, the gas station down the street does tank swaps. Roku TVs are in the rooms; bring your own streaming subscriptions. WiFi is Xfinity 200 Mbps — enough for the whole group to work or stream at once. Salt Life Food Shack is a 2-minute walk for post-surf fish tacos. Refinery Jax Beach — oceanview dining, also 2 minutes away. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 7-minute walk for fishing, sunrise runs, or watching the summer surf. TacoLu for fish tacos and tequila is a 3-minute drive. Driveway fits 4 cars; street parking is also available in the area. Note: the garage door has been disabled. Keyless entry lets you check in on your own schedule. Beach towels, sound machines, laundry detergent, and full-size bath products are stocked. We're pet-friendly — $30 per pet per night.
