The space -Parking: Parking spots aren’t always guaranteed please check with the host for parking availability -There are no windows in the apartment, but it does have a skylight in the kitchen and living room area and a security door that lets plenty of natural light in. - Located Tijuana's "Zona Dorada" -As mentioned above there is plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. -CAS ( Centro de Atenciones a Solocitantes) is less than half a km away that's less than a 10-minute walk or less than a 5-minute drive. -The apartment is less than a 10-minute drive to Estadio Caliente ( Xolos Stadium) -Tijuana International airport is located 5 miles from the apartment or a 10-20 minute car ride depending on traffic. -The international border is just a 7-10 minute car ride. The apartment has: -Mini-split A/C unit in Bedroom ( A/C is also a heater) -Free Wi-Fi - 43” Smart TV in the living room with Netflix and Disney+. -32” Smart TV in the bedroom. -The building has a gated front entrance to which only AirBnB guests and tenants have access. -Parking spaces are not gated. -The apartment is located on the second floor. Must climb stairs. (No elevator) -There are coin-operated washers and dryers located in the building premise. Access to the laundry room can be granted upon request. -There are cameras posted throughout the buildings, NOT inside the apartment. -This is located in a small apartment building.
