Quinta codornices is a big country house distributed in 2 floors, with a four big bedrooms ,3 complet bathrooms and a large terrace , near to Sierra Arteaga and it is only a 15 minute drive to Saltillo, the house have garages with electric door , is a fully equipped house, and has roomy spaces to hang around with your family, and allow for the kids to run and play. We are certain you'll get the quiet and relaxation you are longing for with great view and a great weather. The space Quinta codornices is completely furnished and equipped in a country style, with large spaces to hang inside or outdoors. The capacity is only 7 persons. We don’t alow pets and party . In the ground have a living room with a smart tv and internet, small library and the dining room, the kitchen is fully equiped and has a casual dinner table, in the ground floor you will also find the laundry room with a washing machine and a dry machine a full bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed In the second floor you will find the master bedroom (king bed) with a walk-in closet and bathroom with a bathtub, and two more bedrooms with that share a second bathroom. One of these rooms has a huge balcony/terrace with great views of the mountains and the sunsets, and have a big patio. The two cars garage is for small cars have automatic door open and terrace have a mexican hacienda decor, and the perfect place to enjoy some of the products of the region (wine, meat, cheese, and fruits). There is also a garden with palapa and furnitures Guest access Guests can have access to all the areas in the house including the terrace , the garage and the garden with exception of some of the closets and the utility room. Other things to note If you wish, we can arrange that a person that we trust help you during your stay. She can help you clean, prepare mexican food ,and teach how to make some mexican food or deliver the groceries. (extra fee) If you are staying for more than 6 days sheets and towels can be changed every 6 days. Events or parties than not allowed.
