This tri-level home has a bright open floor plan with soaring ceilings and breathtaking views of the canyon. All bedrooms have king beds. Enjoy starlight or sunrise views facing south! Two complete kitchens allows for two families to share the home and meals together or for private family time. Three outside decks allow for multiple viewing spots. Tons of fruit trees (fig, plum, cherry, apple, pear, apricot, peach) provide a bounty of fruit and shade. Only a 2 minute walk down to the creek! The space Treat yourself to nearly 2,000 square feet of house all to yourself! Looking for a place that offers great longer staycation amenities? Need some elbow room to do your job effectively as a remote worker? With the layout of the home, there is enough room for more than one remote worker to be able to have quiet space - in other words, you are not on top of each other as you try to maintain a professional business environment if need be. We are in the canyon and our internet streams movies almost flawlessly. Due to the issues with internet in the canyon, while we are using Starlink, understand that you may not have consistent Hi Speed Internet if you need connectivity for Zoom Meetings and the like. However Verizon customers (like us) always have good signal and we often just use our data if the upload for the internet is sluggish. We have two 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Amazon Fire TVs and super fast high speed internet along with a Sega Genesis gaming system w/80 games. Need Xbox 360 with Kinect and a dozen games? Got it! Want a library of almost 200 DVD movies to choose from for after dark or rainy day entertainment? Got it! A handheld steamer, iron and ironing board to knock out the wrinkles in your clothes for a fun night out. Want to grill? We have 2 KitchenAid propane gas grills for those cookouts with automatic starters (just turn the knob to the starter position and the grill does the rest). Want to stay warm on a chilly night? Enjoy our bring your own wood fire pit! Afraid to lose your keys at the creek? No problem - never get locked out with our key-less entry into the home. Speaking of the creek - did you notice on the map that our small neighborhood literally sits right ON the creek? Early risers venturing down there may see two adorable otters playing in the pooled area at the bottom of the road. In the summer months, claim your spot by the bridge into the neighborhood to enjoy the tranquil "pool" of water there. Sedona is a "dark sky" community which means that you are going to have unparalleled views of a night sky filled with millions of stars! Our property has an amazing amount of big sky views to capture that - you won't believe your eyes!! Planetariums have nothing on us and the views from our back deck... just read our reviews and see what our guests say about that!! Like to fish? Bring your gear! Lots of people come fishing here too! Love to drink fresh natural spring water? Our community's shared well accesses the same water supply that people drive for miles to get just up the road near Slide Park. Yes, we have THAT water!! We are passionate about providing a consistent 5 star experience for all of our guests at our properties. Our attention to cleanliness earns us consistent feedback of "sparkling clean" from nearly all of our guests. We provide thoughtful amenities such as coffee with multiple ways to brew it (not Keurig pods though - we kept having issues with the machines clogging and malfunctioning). We stock the house with napkins, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, plus food storage containers. We also have a full range of spices to cook with along with plenty of pots and pans, dinnerware just like many would find in their own home. We truly want your stay with us to be like your new home away from home where you can feel comfortable staying for extended periods of time very easily. Air Fryer? Check! Waffle maker? Check! InstantPot? Check! Guest access Guests have the property all to themselves! If climbing stairs is an issue and a guest needs single level living, the lower level will be perfect as it has a full kitchen, full bath and bedroom plus two sliders out to the back yard. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTE: Our house is situated on Oak Creek and sometimes in the winter, the creek water level will rise making it difficult to get on or off the property if you don't have a vehicle that has all wheel drive or one that sits high enough to drive through water. We do have some food and water stored in the house in the event that you cannot leave, but you should consider making sure you have your own food as well. We recommend that you check with Sedona Fire District Station 5 ahead of time as they are the local resource to advise you about the current and anticipated water level in the creek. Also, the hill up into the neighborhood is a bit steep, so a rear wheel drive vehicle may have difficulties getting up and down the hill if there is a snow or ice event. INTERNET: Oak Creek Canyon does not have cable Internet which means that our only option is satellite. Please note if you are not familiar with the challenges of satellite service is that if there is heavy overcast of clouds, rain or snow then satellite service will be sluggish or entirely unavailable until the skies clear. These things are beyond our control. Fortunately, our typical guests who stay here don't consider this a priority. We do have a pretty extensive DVD movie library in the home if the internet is unavailable!!
