While we live nearby in the neighborhood, we have our property managed and our management company is always available by phone whenever an issue arises. Hither Hills is a very special area of Montauk in that a handful of the homes have coveted beach rights to the private Hither Hills beach in walking distance. It is less than a mile into town and also to Gurney's Resort and Spa. It is a very quiet family neighborhood. Uber's are a popular way to get around Montauk, as well as biking. There are plenty of state parks that offer miles and miles of walking and running paths to enjoy. Our outdoor security camera overlook the deck.
