A lovely architect designed and renovated home in the historic Armory District on Dexter Park in the hip West End. 1st floor has a cozy family room with warm hardwood floors and a chef's kitchen with steps to a lovely fenced rear garden. There are 2 large bedrooms with a shared full bath on the 2nd floor, a loft-like master suite on the top level with private bath and a basement guest room. The neighborhood has excellent restaurants, bars and cafes and a weekly farmers market across the street. The space Our space is very homey and has eclectic art and decor. We love being directly across from the Armory Park and walking distance to so many great shops and restaurants. We enjoy walking to Brown and RISD which are about a mile away on the East Side as well. This is an old-style airbnb in which is is our actual home. The space is clean and welcoming and we are well prepared to host but please know that some of our personal effects and objects will be in the home. Guest access Guests are welcome to the whole house. Other things to note The air conditioning in our home comes as window units in the bedrooms and main room.
