Picture perfect vacation home close to Yosemite National Park and Gold Country. With great views, a spa, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and family-friendly activities you might never leave the house. The setting is quiet yet it is only a short 1/2 mile drive to gas station. See Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-33-20 below under other notes. Clean and well stocked home with great outdoor spaces for playing, eating and relaxing. You can drive the John Muir historic route to Yosemite or visit the museums in Coulterville and Groveland both are historic Gold Mining towns. On your way to or from Yosemite you can stop at Buck meadows for a tasty dinner or swim at Rainbow Pool. The famous Iron door Grill and Restaurant is in Groveland as well as several other places to eat. Guests have access to the house and large yard with synthetic lawns and a lovely backyard deck for barbecuing and relaxing in the hot tub. A tetherball and 3 hole putting green for family fun. We are occasionally at the home to meet and greet guests when they arrive. We are always available by phone or email for convenience of our guests. We have back up housekeeping and repair numbers when we are not available. The home is in a very peaceful setting on lightly forested 2 acres There are acres of open fields across the road from the house with beautiful views. The kitchen has everything you need but you may want to bring food with you. There is a hardware store nearby that carries basics like milk,eggs and ice cream. A car is mandatory for the local area. There is plenty of parking and the hardware/minimal grocery is within 1/2 mile walk or drive. It is possible to catch the Yarts bus at Buck Meadows to go to Yosemite. Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-33-20, and associated guidance of the California Public Health Officer, continue to apply statewide. These advise Californians to avoid traveliing long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Do not travel if you are sick, or if someone in your household has had coronavirus in the last two weeks. Do not travel with someone who is sick." Phone coverage is limited. Texting may work, AT&T service is ok. Make sure you have the lockbox code before arriving. There is internet service.
