We have 3 double rooms for 6 peoples. This is La Oliva - see 2 separate listings for the other 2 rooms - they are called El Limón and La Mimosa. La Escondida means “The Hidden One” and the name is inspired by its secluded location, offering a quiet sanctuary from the lively streets where passersby are strolling around to discover this dream town. Guests arrive from the main street into a garden offering panoramic views, which leads to an old, charming house that dates back to the 15th century. The space La Oliva is a spacious 13 m² double bedroom located on the ground floor. The double bed is 150 cm wide. The window opens to an internal patio therefore this room has no view. It has a very spacious and beautiful wooden built-in wardrobe for personal belongings as well as a side room for luggage. This room has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Breakfast is served in the garden or in the breakfast room located on the ground floor. Guest access The garden sits on top of the ancient city wall and offers unparalleled views of the Tajo Valley. This ancient wall from the 12th century that once enclosed the old city of Ronda is partly integrated into the garden as its outer wall. The small pool at one corner of the garden is perfect for cooling down during the sweltering summer months. Guests can enjoy the garden, the views, the pool and a home-style living room with complimentary tea/coffee; soft drinks, beers and wines are available for purchase. During your stay We live in one part of the house and are therefore reachable most of the time should you need any assistance. You can always get hold of us by phone. Other things to note We have a small collection of various books and information leaflets of places of interest in Ronda. We also have some maps for hiking, cycling and bird watching routes.
