The space There are two entrances to the house depending on where you park. There is a gate that needs to be manually opened that leads to the backyard; the parking area in the backyard can fit multiple cars. There is a door in the backyard on the house that leads to the kitchen inside. If you park outside the gate or on the street, the front door has 2 steps leading up to it and opens into the living room. On the main floor the living room that has an extra dining table that can double as a work space, a sectional, and a flatscreen TV. The first bedroom is directly to the left of the front door and has one queen bed and across the hall is the second bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with complete amenities. The kitchen located on the main floor is completely equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee machine and dark roast K Cups. In the hallway on the main floor, you can find a staircase that leads upstairs into a hallway and two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with two twins. There is also another full bathroom with complete amenities. In the kitchen, you can find the last staircase that leads to the basement and opens into a large room with a door to the washer and dryer, a large sectional, a large flatscreen SmartTV, and a ping pong table set with multiple paddles and ping pong balls. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and the fenced backyard. There is a small Mother-In-Law apartment in the back. That house is privately rented and has a separate yard. Besides entering the backyard area, there will be no other interactions with the long-term tenant. Other things to note Landscaping service is on Friday during the warm months. They arrive in the morning and quickly get the job done. From time-to-time, other work needs to be done, sprinkler check, fertilizing the lawn, etc. There is parking in the back for multiple vehicles. You drive through the gate and park in front of the garage (the garage is not included with the home rental). Please leave the spot on the right -if facing the garage for the tenant in the Guest House. Be sure the spot is always accessible to that guest.
