Our oversized multi sliding doors connect the expansive great room layout with vaulted ceilings and the California Room to truly optimize and enjoy the open space. 5 BEDS: *3 King Beds * 2 Queen Beds 5 Bathrooms ALL 4 bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and smart TVs. The three bedrooms in the main home feature King beds and the casita features 2 queen beds. There is a desk and printer located in the master bedroom and a bistro table and chair located in the casita that make it easy to work. We have upgraded wifi and eero mesh wifi for easy working. KITCHEN & DINING: The gourmet kitchen features an oversized island with granite countertops, herringbone marble backsplash, Kitchen Aid appliances, built-in refrigerator, 6 burner range + griddle, double oven, microwave, a walk-in pantry, and soft close full extension drawers. Kitchen island with seating for 4. The dining area features a 9 feet table with seating for 10 which opens to the living room area with a fireplace and an oversized couch, both rooms feature wood-plank tile flooring. This is our second home and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics and more, keurig, regular coffee pot, nespresso, coffee bean grinder, French press, milk froather, kettle, toaster, toaster oven, instapot, blender, juicer, mixer, salad spinner, and so much more. BACKYARD: Covered California room features a table for 6, sitting area with couch and 2 chairs, TV, and a fireplace. 2 chaise lounge chairs, 2 water safe pool chairs for the baja pool step, Sparkling Salt Water pool, basketball hoop for the pool, hot tub, gas firepit with additional seating for 4, 4 hole putting green, and gas BBQ with 5 burners. We do include pool & spa heating (no extra charge). ENTERTAINMENT & GAMES: Tournament foosball table, 4 hole putting green, corn hole, ladder ball, life size jenga, life size dice, basketball hoop at the pool, over 30 board games & puzzles, children's books, adult books, and magazines. However, if a guest checks out on the same day you are scheduled to check in, the check-in time will be strictly at 3 PM to allow for proper cleaning of the property. Checkout Policy - If we do not have another guest checking in immediately after your stay, we will arrange for the house cleaners to come the day after your checkout, allowing you to enjoy a complimentary late checkout. However, if another guest is checking in on the same day you are checking out, the checkout time will be strictly at 11 AM to allow for cleaning. SAFETY: Our home is NOT childproof & has NO pool gate. If you do decide to travel with a younger child we do have a pack-n-play, high chair, baby gate, and a plastic playard. Please note the pool is not gated and there are 6 access points to the pool from the home. Guests are advised to supervise children that do not know how to swim at all times. If outside, children that cannot swim should wear a life vest at all times as a safety measure. When indoors, doors should be kept closed and locked and children that do not know how to swim should be kept within adult supervision at all times to keep children safe. Please note our house is not childproof and in addition to 6 easy access points to the pool and spa, we also have two fireplaces, one firepit, gas keys, lighters, paint, tools, saws, and garden supplies within easy reach and access to children, in addition to cacti with thorns throughout the backyard. Other things to note We accept one well behaved and well-trained dog, no puppy. Your dog must be housebroken and recently groomed prior to your stay to help prevent issues with excessive pet hair. Your dog must be a seasoned traveling companion and have no issues with marking. Please message us prior to booking with the details regarding your dog.
