Welcome to our beautifully remodeled condo at Northstar! Northstar at Tahoe is a family friendly vacation destination offering year around activities. Enjoy, walking, hiking, road biking, boating, kayaking, rafting, site seeing, 18-hole groomed golf course through Martis Valley, swim in the lake … A short ten minute drive to Truckee, King’s Beach and lake shore access, 20 minutes to Incline Village, 40 minutes to Reno. Short driving away from Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski resorts. Our condo is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor unit located on Coyote Fork. Nestled among the serene forest of pines, the condo is perfectly located for easy access to the mountain slopes and also to the Village. Ski-in access from the Village Run just a few walking steps to the front door. Ski-out to the Village Gondola to gain access to the mid mountain. A few minute walk among the pines on a paved sidewalk will let you enjoy the Village and all of its amenities as well as get you to the Highlands Gondola taking you up to mid mountain to the Ritz Carlton resort. Also, a short walk will get you to the private Recreation Center with gated parking. The Rec Center offers year around activities including tennis courts, basketball courts, fully equipped gym and fitness center, Olympic, kiddie and a year-round lap pool, numerous year-round hot tub spas, sauna, and a game room including pool tables, table tennis, foosball and video games. In case you are not feeling like walking, a free shuttle service is available from Coyote Fork to all around Northstar. Feel like at home in our fully equipped and newly remodeled condo. Hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen with new cabinets, new appliances and stone countertops, refreshed bathroom with new floor, vanity and faucets. The bedroom has a queen bed with a plush pillow top mattress and luxury linens. The living room features two Euro loungers that can each open to a double bed. A warm and relaxing built in gas fireplace for those special cozy moments, a balcony and a beautiful view of the pine forest through the windows throughout the condo. The kitchen is nicely equipped for preparation of meals including a refrigerator/freezer/ice-maker, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender. The dining area seats 4, additional seating is available at the bar. Private storage lockers for you gear are just outside the door. Parking in front of the condo is free with our provided parking pass displayed on your dashboard. Unlimited access to the Owner's Recreation Center ($5.00 per person per day). Ski in/ski out access depending on snow conditions. There are some steps from the parking to the entrance of the condo. Please keep our condo smoke and pets free. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, supplied linens for the bedroom bed and one Euro lounger bed. if you intend to use the second lounger, please bring extra bedding. Minimum stay is 2 nights, no partial weekends. Please keep Tahoe beautiful!
