This spacious 2 bed/2 bath non-smoking unit features all the comforts of home plus everything Sanibel Island has to offer. The master suite has a king bed and access to the private screened lanai. The guest room has twin beds but can be made into a king upon request. The large living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking a tropical pond and a side view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or your favorite tropical drink (ice-maker in freezer). Other amenities include central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators, all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $25 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5. Parties over 4 people, but the 5th and 6th person are 5 or under, a 1-time extra linen charge of $25.00 will apply.
