Come enjoy this 2 BR 2.5 BA townhouse with relaxing views of pine trees and ponds right off the back patio. We are just 8 minutes to the Crystal Coast beaches, shopping and all activities, yet just far enough away to avoid the beach traffic. We just completed installing luxury vinyl tile and area rugs in the upstairs bedrooms, repainting and getting a new reclining sofa and loveseat. Just bring your suitcase, we provide everything else. Fully equipped home away from home with 2 bedrooms with their own full baths upstairs, and living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath downstairs. We do have an additional blow up queen air mattress along with both bedrooms having a queen size bed, allowing up to 6 to sleep comfortably here. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook at home if desired including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and full fridge/freezer with icemaker. There's also a gas grill on the patio for your use along with a patio table and umbrella with seating for 4 outside. Washer/dryer, full cable, wifi and high speed internet included. DVD's, books, games, tennis raquets, badmitton raquets are available for your use. The only thing we can't accommodate at this time is pets. All flooring is luxury vinyl tile with area rugs in the bedrooms. We also have another unit nearby so if you have a large family or extra friends please contact us about renting both units. Two parking spaces assigned to unit. You are renting the entire townhouse. Instructions for accessing your keys, townhouse amenities, etc. will be emailed in a welcome letter after your reservation is completed. We are available at all times by phone/email to assist with your reservation but we are not on site. All instructions will be provided to access your keys to the townhouse when you arrive. We are located on Hwy 58 just over the bridge from Emerald Isle, so you'll miss all the traffic but still be close to everything! There's a Lowe's foods and pharmacy within a few miles to stock up with everything you need for your stay. There's lots of restaurants, shopping and souvenir shops at Emerald Isle, historic downtown Swansboro is 6 miles away and there's many local parks with great playgrounds for children. The local Golfin Dolphin is a fun option with a bowling alley, go carts, arcade, driving range, putt putt golf and a ropes course. Croatan National Forest is close by and has hiking trails and a boat launching area. The NC Aquarium is located in Pine Knoll Shores and Hammocks Beach State Park/Bear Island ferry and Fort Macon are all close by as well. You will need a car to access this part of NC. There is no public transportation available. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out is 11:00 a.m. We ask when you leave to wash and dry sheets and towels and wash dishes in the dishwasher. Please leave the last load of linens in the dryer. You do not have to wait until the last dryer load or the dishwasher finishes the cycle. We have a cleaning service that will put clean linens on the bed and unload the dishwasher after each guest leaves.
