Permit RVC-650 Welcome to The Cottages at Chateau Blanc. This is 2 separate units to form 2 bedrooms that are secondary units. The 1st unit is a Single Story 1000 sqft Casita with full Kitchen, Family Room & Master Suite/Bath, and more. The 2nd bedroom is detached and located on a 2nd floor over a 4 car garage of Main Home Estate. It is a 900sqft studio with kitchenette, family room, TV, table chairs, Cal King Bed. Bathroom on Main Floor. Both Units share patio, hot tub & built in BBQ. The space The Cottages at Chateau Blanc is 2 units that are part of a large Estate know as Chateau Blanc Vineyard Estate. The property can be rented a couple different ways. Here we are advertising the option to rent the 2 secondary units on their own without the rental of the Main Estate. The Main Estate could be rented during your stay, but nice thing is the Main House is totally separate and neither group can see into each other's patio area's, etc. The 2 units that both share a private gate entrance with paver stone patio with salt Water Hot Tub, BBQ island and also table & chairs. Each of the Units are 1 bedrooms and way we come up with 2 bedrooms is be renting them together. Both units are self sufficient as the both have their own Living Room Areas, their own TV's, private bathrooms. Air Conditioning & Heat. The Single Story Casita has a fully equipped kitchen while the Loft Studio only has kitchenette with small Fridge & Ice Maker, 2 burner cooktop but no dishwasher or oven.Studio does have microwave. Both Units have Keurig's & Drip Coffee Makers. Both bedrooms have Cal King Beds. Both Units have 2 Twin folding beds to sleep a total of 4 people in each unit. The Main Estate offers the beauty of French-inspired design built by Beldon Fields, one of the original Disneyland Artisans responsible for building Disney’s Fantasyland and Toon Town. Over the years, the property has expanded, and the owners proudly preserved its true beauty. The Casita Guest House & Studio Apartment where both added in 2007 to have the same true design. Adjacent to Chateau Blanc is the well-known Briar Rose Winery, which was the first structure to be built by Beldon Fields in the 1970’s for his wife, designed to be a replica of Snow White’s cottages. When staying at Chateau Blanc you can start your wine country tasting tour just steps away from your front door! Or if you simply want to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine, Chateau Blanc’s excellent location allows you to explore the private country surroundings via paved roads. We’re even within walking distance to Starbucks! And for those that want to shut out the world and enjoy the serenity of Chateau Blanc -- we have strong WIFI too! The Cottages is an excellent choice for 2 people traveling together that would like their own private space, couples or families up to 8. The luxury & privacy The Cottages at Chateau Blanc are hard to fine! We welcome you to come and stay with us! Cheers! There are only 2 designated parking spots for this reservation and we are not able to make any exceptions to allow more.
