Surrounded by vineyards and offering lovely countryside views, Owl Head Lodge features a selection of cottage and apartment accommodations, close to the historic township of Gulgong. The property is 25 minutes' drive from Mudgee. Guests enjoy access to landscaped gardens, a communal BBQ area, entertaining area and swimming pool looking out across the Cudgegong Valley. The accommodations offers an outdoor patio or balcony, flat-screen TV, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Some include separate bedrooms and full kitchen facilities. The historic town of Gulgong is only an 8-minute drive away. Gulgong hosts a number of interesting places to visit including the Pioneer Museum, the Gulgong Gold Experience, the Henry Lawson Museum and the Prince of Wales Opera House.The Gulgong district is also home to many great wineries and the Cudgegong Gallery is only a 20-minute drive away. This open-plan cottage has high ceilings, exposed timber beams and floor-to-ceiling windows. It features a slow-combustion fireplace and patio with lovely views of the vineyards and countryside.
