The top floor of our guesthouse includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen & dining area, expansive decks and patio furniture and access to hot tub. *FYI: If the dates you selected are unavailable, please check the availability of our other listing for the bottom floor of our Guest House. Guests will be able to access both upstairs decks as well as the 6 person hot tub. Our neighborhood is very friendly and we are surrounded by beautiful farm fields and nature at its finest. There is a great walking trail just across the street where you can see the Skagit River and numerous bald eagles and other birds.
